Another RunOne of the great things about summer college baseball leagues (like the Cape Cod League in the United States and the WMBL in Canada) is the willingness of communities to take care of the players that come to their cities and towns to play during the summer months. Let’s show our athletes what Calgarians are made of.

Need a fence painted? Need your lawn cut, a garden weeded? Got a “Little Leaguer” who could take his or her game to the next level with some one on one coaching from a proven NCAA player? Or does your company need responsible, part-time employees?

Calgary Dawgs Baseball Club is looking for part-time employment for its players. All players on the
Dawgs roster are attending universities and colleges and under NCAA rules cannot be paid to play baseball until their college careers are over. In addition, the Dawgs play an aggressive summer schedule of 60 games (30 on the road) in just 75 days.

Bearing this in mind, the
Dawgs hope to attract some part-time work to assist players when they return to university. Given the Dawgs schedule, ideal jobs would involve week day work during the hours 8:00 am until 2:00 pm.

Consider hiring a responsible, college student combining top level NCAA athletics and academics this summer.
